NDIS Pilates is Ideal for anyone looking for gentle Exercise that will Improve your Core Strength & Posture.

The exercises are usually done in a specific order, one Movement right after another.
The moves are simple, slow & controlled with a strong emphasis on technique. Pilates classes can be

1 on 1 or in a Group, which typically take 30-45 minutes.

You’ll get stronger, more sculpted

muscles and gain flexibility. You will also

have better posture and a better sense

of well-being. Pilates can also be a great

addition to our Exercise Physiology programs

 in our Private Gym.

Pilates is considered to be the best

exercise for improving back pain and

posture.

It also has a strong mind/body connection,

so you may like it if you enjoy yoga but

need a more intense core workout.

The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body.
