NDIS Pilates is Ideal for anyone looking for gentle Exercise that will Improve your Core Strength & Posture.
The exercises are usually done in a specific order, one Movement right after another.
The moves are simple, slow & controlled with a strong emphasis on technique. Pilates classes can be
1 on 1 or in a Group, which typically take 30-45 minutes.
